CoME Kick-Off meeting was held in Madrid

Last 14th December took place in Madrid, hosted by Hi-Iberia (Project’s leader), the CoME Kick-Off Meeting.

Hi-Iberia leads the project with an international consortium with participation of Switzerland (University of Geneva and Vigisense), the Netherlands (ConnectedCare), Hungary (Pannon Business Network Association) and Spain (Hi-Iberia and Biomedical Research Institute for Health in Lleida).

During the meeting partners introduced themselves in order to justify and identify their challenges in the project; the objectives and scope of the project was clarified and initially identified together by all the consortium partners. Also, initial steps were established like the definition of the user involvement plan, target users identification and objectives of the first step in the user requirements phase.

Finally, a workshop was developed defining the basic individual business model ideas of the different partners.

Next steps to be achieved before the next meeting that will be held in Utrech (The Netherlands) on 2nd and 3rd of June will consist on: the creation of the user involvement plan, the definition of the use cases for CoME and the specification of the methodology used to get the users’ requirements.
